CRCs can view project information and announcements, update project status and progress, and submit requests for appointments, access passes, and project transfers — enabling managers to stay informed on project and personnel dynamics in real time. SMO administrators use the web terminal to register CRC information and grant dedicated accounts. Site administrators flexibly configure roles and permissions, enabling scientific management of CRCs and the projects they support.
